Fukuoka, Japan // July 2015

September 19, 2015

Dear friends and readers,

You know what a fickle blogger I am. Thanks for sticking around here, even when I go silent. We had a very busy summer here in Gwangyang, with elementary and middle school English camps and a few trips abroad. Summer was nice, but I'm glad that fall has arrived. I need some inward time.

That being said, I've got a fair number of photos to share, starting with a series of posts from my trip to Fukuoka, Japan in July. I brought my DSLR and was really trying to master its settings on this trip. I took a lot of portraits of my beautiful, funny friends. We rode a lot of trains, ate a lot of ramen and yogurt, and laughed nearly all night, every night. Japan is so full of beauty and history, and I feel lucky every time I go there, especially in such good company.
